- Approximated Height: 5'5" to 5' 7"
- Approximate Weight: 150 to 155 lbs
- Clothing: Green flannel sweatshirt (Timberland), jeans or brown corduroy pants, sneakers and red backpack.
- Circumstances of Disappearance: Victim was last seen at approximately 5:20pm on Pound Hill Rd. in Northport, ME. Extensive K-9 searches have been performed but no clues have been found. His van, with his keys and cell phone, were found abandoned in a small parking area near where Jeremy was last seen.
